WHAT IS KNOTS?

KNOTS stands for Kind Navigation of the Subconscious. Your beliefs don't just colour your experience of life. They construct it. Your brain actively builds your reality from a set of deeply installed beliefs formed mostly before you were seven. Filtering what you notice, how you interpret events, who you become in relationships, how money moves, how your body feels. Change the belief at the subconscious level and the reality it was constructing begins to shift.

That's not a spiritual claim. It's neuroscience.

KNOTS is a complete subconscious belief work system combining conversational hypnotherapy, somatic nervous system regulation, breathwork, and personalised daily practice tools. Designed to update those beliefs at the level where they actually live.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT

Your brain is not a passive receiver of reality. It is an active constructor of it.

Your brain has a filter called the reticular activating system. It takes the 11 million bits of information you receive every second and decides which 40 bits you actually notice. The filter is your beliefs. So if your subconscious believes money is hard, you won't see the opportunities that contradict that. If it believes you're not safe being seen, you'll self-sabotage every time you get close.

This is neuroscience. Not philosophy.

To actually update a subconscious belief you need to access the subconscious directly. Which requires a specific brain state that ordinary waking consciousness doesn't provide. That's what KNOTS does.

HOW a session WORKS

You can see your patterns, but still feel stuck in them. That usually means the root of the pattern lives below conscious thought.

Each session follows three stages:

  1. Identify the Belief
    We uncover the specific belief operating beneath the surface pattern. Not the presenting issue but the root belief it's growing from. This is rarely what you think it is.

  2. Shift the State
    Using conversational hypnotherapy we access the theta brainwave state. The same state you're in just before sleep, when the critical conscious mind relaxes and the subconscious becomes directly receptive to change. New beliefs can land at the level where they actually live. Old ones can be gently dismantled.

    When the body is holding what words can't reach, we use breathwork. Your breath directly affects your physiological state and helps access the body's stored responses to create space for change.

    You remain awake, aware, and in control throughout. This is not stage hypnosis. Nothing is forced.

  3. Anchor the Change
    Every session includes two completely personalised tools that continue the work between sessions.

Your SLIP is a Short Loop Interruption Practice. A personalised, body-based affirmation sequence built specifically for your nervous system. For the moment the old belief tries to reassert itself in daily life. A precise, practised interruption that returns you to the new belief before the old loop completes.

Your SOFT LOOP is a personalised subliminal audio track built from the specific beliefs we identify and install in session. Designed for use in the threshold between waking and sleep, when your critical mind is offline and your subconscious is most directly accessible and most neuroplastic. New beliefs delivered at the exact moment your brain is most open to receiving them. The results compound over time.

Sessions are held one-on-one via Zoom. Open to anyone, anywhere.

Single Session $333 One 60-minute session. Includes your personalised SLIP and SOFT LOOP. Most people feel a meaningful shift in a single session.

3-Session Package $777 Three 60-minute sessions for deeper, more integrated work. Includes SLIP and SOFT LOOP after each session. For patterns with deeper roots or longer histories.
